As part of the Supply Chain team, the main responsibility of the Customer Care Agent is to create an excellent relationship with Terumo customers in France.  The customer care team ensures an efficient order processing flow from order fulfilment and invoice generation to after sales services. You will work in our office in Guyancourt, near Paris.

Job Summary

The Customer Care Agent creates an excellent relationship with Terumo Europe customers in France by ensuring an efficient order processing flow.

Job Responsibilities

As  Customer Care Agent, you are in direct contact with the customer and you have complete ownership of the Terumo order processing flow: from receipt of the order, control and entry, to delivery and invoicing & customer master data in SAP.

You create and foster excellent relationships with external customers in France and you interact with the local sales team by sharing knowledge and occasionally visiting the field together, to deepen the existing customer relationship.  When needed, you also interact with the EMEA warehouse and Supply Chain Planning team in our headquarters in Belgium.

Profile Description

You have preferably a bachelor’s degree and you are familiar with Microsoft Office. We expect minimum two years of experience in a B2B customer care environment. Knowledge of SAP or a similar CRM is an must. You have a native speaker level in French, and you have a good working knowledge of English.

The ideal Customer Care Agent is someone who communicates effectively by listening attentively to customers’ needs and providing timely and helpful information to customers and other departments across the company. You are careful and mindful that everything we do at Terumo ultimately connects to the wellbeing of patients.
