The Terumo Europe Human Resources team supports the entire organization to improve the employee experience at each impactful moment. The People Experience team, is a key pillar in providing this support towards the organization. The employee experience is continuously improved by the People Experience team though the implementation of continuous listening and automations, as well as HR technology and analytics. In addition, high-quality services are provided to support the business concerning each HR related topic.

Job Summary


As an HR Administration Intern, you will work within the People Experience team and contribute to providing high-quality services to everyone within the Terumo Europe organization. Therefore, you will come in contact with all functional areas within HR, but also the full organization. You will also contribute to the further improvement of the people experience.

Job Responsibilities


As our HR Administration Intern, you will be involved in all day-to-day tasks and depending on the needs of the business, you might be involved in certain projects. You will also be a part of our Internship community. Therefore, you will get the opportunity to connect with your fellow interns to learn about different business areas, get to know high-level people of Terumo, and work on a project with all interns.


On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in numerous tasks, such as:


- Providing general administrative support


- Creating Purchase Order numbers


- Drafting contracts and other documents


- Creating HR-related content for internal use


- Uploading documents in Docusign


- Planning of meetings, medical examinations, …


- Supporting all HR stakeholders (e.g. HR Managers, HRBP’s, Talent Solutions, …)


- …


Together with the team, we will align our objectives with yours, in order to customize the position to suit your interests and goals optimally.



Profile Description


You are enthusiastic and driven about complementing our highly qualified People Experience team.


You are currently involved in studies that provide you with a relevant background to perform well within the internship context; e.g. Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources,….


You are a passionate about Human Resources in general, as well as administrative tasks. You want to contribute to the continuous improvement of the experience of associates within our company


You are a self-starter and serious about your own development and performance. Additionally, you possess good critical, analytical and communication skills. You also have a high regard for attention to detail, as well as quality.


You are fluent in English and Dutch. This entails both verbal and writing skills. In addition, you are a team player, but you are also able to work autonomously. You feel comfortable within an environment where priorities can change.


You possess a good knowledge and understanding of MS Office.
