Job Summary

The EMEA Interventional Systems Marketing Communication team develops, coordinates and supports marketing & communication strategies, programs and tools, supports launches and promotions of the different product ranges, as well as the general branding and enhancing TIS presence on digital channels. As a Marketing Communication intern you provide support to several ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities

· Coordination of the promotional tools creation and follow up of stock levels
· Support in maintaining the TIS intranet and global platform updated with latest communication materials & news
· Support to branches by sending communication materials (English language) upon their request (brochures, adverts, gadgets…)
·Support in the translations of communication materials
· Create PO’s, Debit notes - follow-up invoices & expenses
· Shipments of materials · Manage storage room for TIS: brochures, promo materials, etc.
· Main interface with Genk for coordination of materials shipments to branches
· Arrange meeting logistics for the TIS Marketing Communication team (meeting room bookings, catering, taxi’s, hotels, site inspection, etc.) in order to ensure a smooth flow
· Perform various operational and administrative tasks in order to support the Marketing Communications manager and team the best as possible at the practical and administrative level.
· Assume all other responsibilities and authorities this function may require regarding new opportunities

Profile Description

· You are a strong communicator, fluent in English. You like teamwork, but also taking your own responsibilities. You feel comfortable in an environment where priorities can change. You have strong analytical skills and pay attention to details. Quality is important for you.

· In addition, you are able to analyze large amounts of complex information and streamline it into one presentable piece
