Department Info
The Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) division provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels.
We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for coronary and peripheral diseases, and oncological indications.

Job Summary
As the TIS Communication Coordinator you will be the main person of contact for all affiliates in the EMEA region for all marketing communication related questions and projects. You will get the possibility to build an orderly and smoothly functioning marketing support function and report directly to the Communication Director TIS EMEA, Alexandra Vassiliades. In this challenging position you will manage marketing communication projects simultaneously and autonomously. Your ability to prioritize and organize will determine your success in this position.
We are looking for a Paris based candidate.
Job Responsibilities
Communication
- Manage translations of communication materials, create communication materials for local use, and support EMEA affiliates by sending communication materials upon request.
- Maintain the TIS intranet updated with the latest communication materials and news coming from EMEA affiliates, and contribute to the internal TIS EMEA newsletter with topics/news coming from EMEA affiliates.
- Create e-mailings and internal electronic surveys and collect regular feedback from EMEA affiliates to develop new processes to improve our ways of working.
- Communicate regularly about EMEA activities.
Events
- Coordinate events communication materials creation to support EMEA affiliates for local events.
- Collect and centralize lists of annual local events and support internal EMEA meetings by collecting participation lists.
Compliance
- Keep all related audit information in order and manage as per the internal process of approval of translated promotional materials.
- Provide requested detailed documents for local authorities’ declaration or VISA requests for events participations.
- Work closely with the TIS compliance officer relatively to events to stay up to date.
Administration & Support
- Create PO's, debit notes, follow-up invoices and expenses, and shipments of materials when needed.
- Act as the main interface with Genk for coordination of materials shipments to branches.
- Arrange meeting logistics for the TIS Marketing Communication team, such as meeting room bookings, catering, taxis, hotels, site inspection, etc.
Profile Description
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job.
- Based in Paris area, France
- Able to work independently and accurately, taking on tasks and responsibilities on their own initiative.
- Strong in project follow-up and reporting, and customer-oriented in building positive and effective long-term relationships with internal and external clients.
- Able to work in a multicultural and international team environment, with fluent written and spoken English.
- Flexible in (inter)national travelling.
