We do this by understanding their needs, by giving advise based on our experience and market data, so that they can take the best possible hiring decisions;

Over the last 5 years, our strategy has evolved from an agency based recruitment model to a multichannel TA approach by expanding our own recruitment activities, networking, employer branding and still collaborating with a limited amount of trusted recruitment partners.
We make sure all applicants (external & internal) have a great candidate experience by conducting competency based interviews, giving timely feedback and help in their onboarding.
