Job Summary

You are responsible for the safe, qualitative, and efficient execution of planned automation maintenance tasks and troubleshooting, as well as the recording and reporting of the tasks performed.
We use the following systems here: PLC: Omron, B&R, Siemens, Allen-Bradley; Robot/COBOT: ABB, Stäubli, and AGVs, AMRs

Job Responsibilities

What will you do?
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and automation systems in a technically correct and safe manner.
Work according to fixed instructions and recommendations within the task plans.
Quickly and efficiently resolve urgent (unplanned) automation failures.
Timely identify potential improvements and report them to your supervisor.
Carefully sign in and out of work permits.
Communicate with the production department about the availability of installations after interventions.
Provide feedback to Production, Maintenance Team Leader, and Maintenance Planner about the work performed.
Correctly and promptly close work orders, including complete reporting of used materials and error codes.
Actively participate in Tool Box Meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.

Profile Description

You have a technical education and experience with industrial automation systems.
PLC knowledge, knowledge of vision systems is a plus.
Knowledge of PC (SAP maintenance module and internally used PC applications).
Thorough knowledge of reading and drawing e-plan.
You are proactive and enjoy solving malfunctions quickly and efficiently.
You have a hands-on mentality and a keen eye for potential improvements.
Safety and quality are second nature to you.
You have a good command of Dutch or you speak English and are willing to learn Dutch.
