The Strategic Planning Department (SPD) EMEA helps Terumo divisions and affiliates across the region align their strategies with the company-wide One Terumo Strategy, reinforcing our shared vision and goals
Within SPD, the Project Management Office (PMO) manages strategic projects across EMEA. We support our business partners in evaluating, executing, and sustaining initiatives, while continuously enhancing our processes and expanding expertise through internal and external partnerships.
Job Summary
AI is changing the way organizations work. But introducing AI also brings challenges — especially when it comes to helping people adapt and embrace these new tools. Traditional Organizational Change Management (OCM) approaches are not always enough
In this 4-month or longer project, you will explore how OCM can be adapted to make AI adoption smoother and more effective in a med-tech environment.
Job Responsibilities
As part of the PMO team, you will

Review existing research and industry examples of OCM in AI projects.

Interview stakeholders to understand challenges and resistance.

Compare how other industries approach AI change management.

Assess Terumo’s current practices and identify areas to improve.

Propose practical recommendations and a simple framework to guide future AI-related projects.
Profile Description

Bachelor, Master or Banaba student in Business Management, Change Management, or similar.
