The Corporate Communications team at Terumo Europe tells the unique story of our organization. Our purpose is to inform and inspire through impactful internal and external communications across the EMEA region

As a team of 4 passionate professionals, we play a central role in creating meaningful communication experiences for more than 1,600 employees across EMEA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated intern to support our Corporate Communications team at Terumo Europe. You will gain hands-on experience in internal communications and social media projects. Alongside day-to-day activities, you’ll also take ownership of a dedicated project, supported by an experienced coach in an international, multicultural environment

Job Responsibilities

During your internship, you will have the chance to

• Develop, edit, and proofread content for multiple internal communication channels.

• Support the rollout of a modern employee experience platform.

• Contribute fresh ideas during team meetings on internal communication and social media topics.

• Help design and coordinate employee engagement events and activities.

• Create visual and graphical content (Adobe Suite, Canva, PowerPoint).

• Assist in producing video content in our in-house TV studio.

• Collaborate on creating LinkedIn content that reflects Terumo Europe’s brand and messaging.

• Lead a personal project within communications or social media, with guidance from the team.

Profile Description

• Are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Media, (Digital) Marketing, Design, or a related field.

• Are fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Have a hands-on, proactive, and creative mindset – with strong out-of-the-box thinking.

• Are digitally savvy, with an affinity for social media and digital platforms.

• Have experience with content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Are organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks and schedules.
