Job Summary

The Customer Care Agent plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with Terumo Europe customers by ensuring the seamless and efficient processing of orders within the assigned region.

In addition, the Customer Care Agent provides proactive support to the designated Strategic Account Managers, contributing to the smooth execution of daily business operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete order process from receipt to invoicing, including shipping coordination and proactive issue resolution
  • Proactively resolve issues and keep customers and Strategic Account Managers informed.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, send invoices, and support Strategic Account Managers with documentation and credit control.
  • Respond to product and sales-related inquiries, escalating when necessary, and ensure accurate system input for forecasts and pricing.
  • Build strong relationships with both external customers and internal teams, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Provide backup support to other Customer Care Agents as needed.

Profile Description

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a strong asset.
  • Strong customer service orientation with solid administrative skills.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken); additional language skills (French, Dutch, German, Italian, or Spanish) are highly desirable.
