The Terumo EMEA Supply Chain Team consists of several departments, including Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Network Optimization and the European Distribution Centre (EDC). The Supply Chain Team ensures full customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of all orders. Consequently, a close collaboration with the Project Management Team, Quality Departments and all Business units is essential. We drive continuous innovation to improve the quality of service in a transparent, compliant and patient-centric way.
Job Summary
We, Terumo Sweden AB, are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in Swedish, Finnish and English, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. This role involves providing exceptional customer support for our medical device products, handling administrative tasks in various tools, and participating in tender and contract work.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to clients in the Nordic region.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in Swedish, Finnish and English.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and contracts.
- Handle registration of tenders and price implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our medical device products and services.
Profile Description
Qualifications
- Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administration preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience from ERP system, especially SAP is meritorious
- Experience from CRM , especially Salesforce is a plus
- Experience from EDI order handling is a plus
- Knowledge of tender and contract processes is a plus.
