The Terumo EMEA Supply Chain team includes Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Network Optimization, and the European Distribution Centre (EDC). Together, we ensure accurate and timely delivery of medical device orders across the region. We work closely with Project Management, Quality, and all Business Units to maintain a transparent, compliant, sustainable and patient‑focused service. Continuous improvement guides our daily work.
At our Gothenburg office, you will join a skilled and experienced Nordic Customer Service team within Supply Chain. Our local environment offers varied responsibilities and close collaboration, while being part of a large international organization with long‑term development opportunities.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support healthcare customers across the Nordic region. You will handle product inquiries, order processes, complaints, and a variety of administrative tasks. The role requires close collaboration with multiple internal departments.
To support teamwork and knowledge sharing, this hybrid position requires three days per week on-site at the Gothenburg office.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and support to customers in the Nordic region
- Manage inquiries via email, phone, and chat with our customers
- Handle complaints with clarity, responsibility, and a solution‑oriented approach
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, price handling documentation management, and record maintenance
- Support in tender and contracts handling
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to ensure efficient order handling and accurate deliveries
- Maintain a strong understanding of Terumo’s medical device portfolio to support customers effectively
Profile Description
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration; medical device experience is an advantage
- Good understanding and confident use of Swedish and English; knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing administrative workflows
- Able to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is beneficial
- Experience with EDI order handling is considered a plus
- Customer‑focused mindset and a commitment to high‑quality work
