Department Info
At Terumo, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is about creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, respected, valued and able to contribute as themselves. To make that happen, we first need to understand what our associates actually need.
As part of our DE&I activities, we want to strengthen our understanding of the experiences and needs of our blue-collar associates working at our sites in Leuven and Genk. Their perspectives will help us shape DE&I initiatives that are relevant to the reality of our manufacturing environment.
Job Summary
This is an internship that brings DE&I close to the work floor. By connecting directly with our blue-collar associates in Leuven and Genk, you will uncover what matters to them and identify opportunities to strengthen inclusion in their everyday working environment. Your challenge will be to turn those insights into practical ideas and initiatives that can make a real difference.
Please note that this internship takes place in Leuven and Genk (Belgium), in a hybrid setup. To be eligible, you must be based in Belgium and affiliated with an educational institution for the full duration of the internship. Your educational institution must also be able to provide an internship agreement covering the entire internship period.
