Department Info

As our EHS Compliance Coordinator, you work closely with the operational EHS Coordinators who are responsible for the day-to-day follow-up on the shop floor, while you ensure overall structure, compliance and consistency within the EHS management system across the organization.
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Own, manage and continuously improve the EHS management system
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Translate EHS legislation and requirements into clear procedures and processes
- Manage EHS documentation, training records and system governance
- Coordinate, prepare and support internal and external audits
- Monitor EHS KPIs, dashboards and reporting
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions from a system perspective
- Support incident and near-miss reporting and analysis within the system
- Collaborate closely with operational EHS Coordinators and internal stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for EHS system-related questions and improvements
Profile Description
- Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in quality, compliance, EHS or a related field
- Strong administrative, organizational and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with digital tools, MS Office and Excel
- Tech savvy and able to quickly learn and manage EHS systems
- Affinity with EHS and motivation to further develop in this domain
- Autonomous, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus
- Experience with management systems or in a larger organization is an asset
