The People Solutions team leverages HR analytics to create innovative solutions, foster an inspiring culture, and provide growth opportunities for employees.
For HR administration and systems-related inquiries, the People Experience team ensures employees receive the necessary support and guidance.
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Experience Intern/HR Administration Intern to join our HR team in Eschborn (Germany). This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and learn about employee engagement, HR administration, and internal communication in a dynamic and international environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support various HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration, ensuring a smooth experience for employees
- Assist in maintaining HR systems and data accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Help improve internal HR communication by maintaining self-service tools, updating HR platforms, and sharing relevant information with employees.
- Organize preventive examinations for associates and support in the creation of HR letters and certificates.
- Assist in HR documentation and compliance efforts, ensuring policies and procedures are properly recorded and accessible.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overall employee experience and provide assistance on ad hoc HR projects.
Profile description
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in German and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
