Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop our team of People Experience Officers, fostering a high-performing and service-oriented culture.
- Partner with the People Experience Manager to improve employee engagement and enhance the end-to-end People Experience across EMEA.
- Own and continuously improve HR service support operations, including request intake, triage, resolution, escalation and follow-up.
- Ensure consistent HR service delivery across countries while balancing EMEA standards with local requirements.
- Oversee key HR operational processes and administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, employee changes and HR documentation.
- Drive the governance and continuous improvement of the HR knowledge base, ensuring relevant, accurate and accessible content.
- Promote self-service and knowledge-based support through effective communication, content management and process enablement.
- Identify and lead initiatives focused on standardisation, simplification, automation and service improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, People Technology and external providers to deliver an outstanding associate experience.
- Support organisational change initiatives and act as deputy for the People Experience Manager when required.
Profile Description
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- 8-10 years of HR experience, including exposure to HR Operations, HR Service Delivery or HR process improvement within an international environment.
- Strong people leader with the ability to coach and guide an experienced team through change and growth.
- Experience managing and improving operational processes while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple functions and countries.
- Proven project management and continuous improvement capabilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance operational excellence with an employee-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of another European language is an asset.
- Proactive, resilient and comfortable challenging existing ways of working to drive improvements.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
