In this role you will support sales and marketing activities for our Peripheral Interventions portfolio, supporting sales and distributor teams in over 30 countries.
Job Summary

Terumo Europe is seeking a Product Manager Peripheral Interventions to drive strategic marketing and product initiatives across our European Emerging Markets region. This role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning. You’ll collaborate with regional sales teams and distributors, support product launches, and influence stakeholders across culturally rich and geopolitically complex markets.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with EMEA strategy
- Support product launches, relaunches, and portfolio refreshes
- Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to ensure product availability and demand forecasting
- Engage with local stakeholders to support congresses, events, and training initiatives
Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and clinical developments
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and rising stars
- Monitor product registration, reimbursement, and tender processes
- Support clinical programs and communicate outcomes effectively
Training & Enablement
- Identify training needs and coordinate certification programs with the TIS Education Team
- Provide product and technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Influence and motivate teams without direct reporting lines
Collaboration & Leadership
- Foster a collaborative team spirit across diverse regions
- Coach and provide feedback to Product Specialists and Sales teams
- Act as a cultural ambassador, demonstrating humility and empathy across borders
Profile Description
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and can adapt to shifting priorities with confidence and curiosity.
Must-Haves:
- Master’s degree in medical, paramedical, or other relevant field. Relevant experience and/or training will also be taken into account.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within medical devices
- Strong knowledge of sales & marketing techniques
- Excellent command of English; other languages (e.g., Russian) are a plus
- High energy, proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 60
- Ideally located in the vicinity of an international airport
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions
