This role focuses on the Endovascular Intervention (EVI) portfolio, including Embolotherapy, Interventional Oncology access products, Peripheral Stents, Guidewires and Vascular Closure Devices across 30 countries with a focus on Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Israel, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Baltics and Kazakhstan.   

Job Summary

 

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Product Manager who thrives in complex, fast-evolving environments and is passionate about driving therapy adoption and business growth across multiple distributor markets. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the EVI business by identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with distributors, physicians and KOLs, and translating strategic priorities into impactful market initiatives. This role requires a high level of ownership, stakeholder management and execution capabilities, as well as the ability to influence without authority in a multicultural regional environment. 

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong business acumen and a genuine affinity for interventional therapies, with the agility to manage multiple priorities and accelerate market development across the region. 

Job Responsibilities

 

Drive Business Growth & Therapy Adoption 

  • Support adoption of Endovascular and Interventional Oncology therapies across the region 
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and market development 
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities and customer needs 
  • Translate regional strategies into effective local execution plans 

Execute Marketing & Launch Activities 

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans 
  • Support product launches and market activation initiatives 
  • Monitor portfolio performance through KPIs and business analytics 
  • Develop compelling clinical and business value propositions 

Develop KOL & Educational Programs 

  • Build relationships with physicians, KOLs and healthcare professionals 
  • Support educational pathways, workshops, training courses and customer engagement activities 
  • Contribute to therapy adoption and clinical education initiatives 

Cross-Functional & Distributor Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain 
  • Support distributors in executing commercial and marketing initiatives 
  • Act as a trusted partner across multiple countries and stakeholder groups

Profile Description

 

Preferred Background 

  • Experience in Product Marketing and/or Product Management within MedTech 
  • Exposure to Endovascular Intervention, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology or related interventional therapies is strongly preferred 
  • Experience with product launches, market development initiatives and therapy adoption programs is an advantage 
  • Experience within distributor-based or indirect market business models is an advantage 
  • Experience in multinational and multicultural environments is an advantage
