Department Info
The Business Unit Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS), specifically the Training and Education department as part of the Marketing Organization, is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Our team focuses on developing and implementing workshops and tools that support our professional education portfolio, known as the Terumo Learning Edge (TLE) program. The TLE program provides physician-led, peer-to-peer training initiatives guided and coordinated by our Terumo organization.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Training & Professional Education Coordinator to support the educational implementation of workshops and tools for the TLE programs and internal training initiatives. Reporting to the Professional Education Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our educational offerings while being an integral part of the TIS Marketing organization.
Job Responsibilities
As a Product Training & Professional Education Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Technical and Administrative Responsibilities for Models and Simulators
- Efficiently manage the rental system for models and simulators.
- Monitor stock levels and organize logistics for educational activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of educational tools.
Educational Support for the Terumo Learning Edge Program & Commercial Training Programs
- Coordinate and support the organization of workshops and training events.
- Provide onsite support for educational events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and optimize tools and content.
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Work closely with Training Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing Communications to develop professional educational activities.
General Responsibilities
- Foster excellent relationships with external parties and represent the company professionally.
- Continuously seek opportunities for self-development and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Profile Description
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is preferred. Any other European language is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Well-developed computer skills and an aptitude for learning new technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Sales awareness and a customer-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work autonomously, combined with a proactive and team-player attitude.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging internal and external customers effectively.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving boxes up to 30 kilograms.
- Flexibility to travel and a Belgium-based residency.
