Job Summary

The main responsibility of the Project Coordinator Digital Experience is to support and coordinate Digital Projects within the realm of the Digital Experience Team within the Terumo Interventional Systems department.
The Project Coordinator Digital Experience collaborates with the Communication and Brand Experience team to deliver support and project coordination for projects within the 3 pillars of the Digital Experience Team: Infrastructure, Applications and Digital Marketing. In this position you report into Sam Versluys, Group Manager Digital Experience, and work closely together with the Project Manager Digital Experience and the Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:


Project Coordination
•    Assist in delivering small to medium-sized projects within the Digital Experience team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
•    Organize and facilitate workshops with both internal and external teams, encouraging collaboration and innovative thinking.
•    Document meeting and workshop outcomes, ensuring actions are followed up and deadlines are met.
•    Support the Project Manager on larger projects by providing essential coordination and administrative support.
•    Monitor, analyze, and report on the progress of ongoing projects to ensure alignment with objectives.


Business Analysis
•    Collaborate closely with Digital Experience team members and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, delivering user-friendly, value-adding solutions that fit within the broader Business and IT strategy.


Application & Platform Ownership
•    Take ownership of a portfolio of current digital applications, ensuring their stability and compliance with company standards.
•    Manage the issue tracking and ticketing system for the Digital Experience team, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
•    Train associates on relevant applications and platforms to ensure smooth usage and adoption where needed.


Analytics & Reporting
•    Support and produce analytics reports for the Closed Loop Sales & Marketing programme, contributing to the team’s data-driven decision-making.


General Support
•    Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of projects, from managing work orders to tracking supplier invoices and timesheets.
•    Assist the line manager with administrative tasks, such as obtaining approval signatures, managing purchase requests, and maintaining project documentation.

Profile Description

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Coordination in a Digital role
  • 2+ years of experience in highly regulated industry 
  • High interest in and affinity with Project and Change Management 
  • High interest in and affinity with Lean and Agile methodologies
  • Hands on experience with Digital Tools (eg Ticketing systems, Marketing Automation, Web Content Management..) and analytics tools (eg Google Analytics).
  • Good understanding of Web technologies and the Digital landscape.
  • Basic technical skills in web publishing are a plus (Image design, CSS, HTML, Javascript).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Global complex organizations.
