Job Responsibilities
As Project Portfolio Management Intern, you will:
- Get to know the Strategy Planning team and understand how project portfolio management works within the organisation
- Explore how selected project information and activities are managed today
- Together with your coach, define a clear and manageable scope for your pilot
- Identify the key information, requirements and process steps that should be included
- Discover relevant ClickUp functionalities and assess how they could support the selected process
- Build a small ClickUp pilot using a limited number of example projects
- Test the pilot and gather feedback from a selected group of users
- Translate user feedback into practical observations and improvement opportunities
- Identify possible next steps for the further use of ClickUp
- Document your findings in a clear and structured way
- Present your pilot, conclusions and recommendations to relevant colleagues at the end of your internship
Profile Description

Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Business Informatics or a related field

Has a strong interest in digital tools and genuinely enjoys exploring and learning new software

Is interested in project management, business processes, and improving ways of working

Enjoys bringing structure to information and turning ideas or requirements into something practical

Has an analytical mindset, an eye for detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Is curious, eager to experiment and comfortable figuring out how new tools and functionalities work

Can work independently while actively seeking input and guidance when needed

Enjoys listening to users, understanding their needs and translating feedback into practical improvements
