Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be an essential part of our recruitment team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to identify potential candidates for various positions.
• Screening Resumes: Support recruiters in reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Job Posting: Draft, edit, and post job vacancies on various platforms, ensuring they reach a wide and appropriate audience.
• Recruitment Database Management: Update and maintain the recruitment database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all candidate information.
• Support Employer Branding: Help promote the company as an employer of choice through creative and engaging content on social media and other platforms.
• Administrative Support: Provide general support to the recruitment team, such as preparing reports, organizing recruitment events, and assisting with onboarding new hires.

Profile Description

We are looking for ambitious, driven, and organized students who are eager to learn and contribute. You’ll be a perfect fit if you meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft Office and interested in learning recruitment software/tools.
• Passionate about HR and recruitment processes, with a strong desire to pursue a career in this field.
