Job Summary
As our Sales Enablement Analyst, you will act as the driving force behind our Salesforce CRM and Power BI analytics ecosystem. You will support sales and marketing teams in their daily use of these platforms, develop and enhance analytical dashboards, and ensure best‑practice adoption across the organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Power BI, lead tool improvements, coordinate testing, deliver training, and contribute significantly to our long‑term Commercial Excellence roadmap.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for all Power BI related topics, projects, and developments.
- Translate business needs into intuitive analytical dashboards and implement enhancements within the Power BI environment.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases for new CRM and analytics functionalities.
- Coordinate and execute testing activities, including test script creation, feedback consolidation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide day‑to‑day support to end users, managing queries, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing ticket resolution via SolMan.
- Maintain data quality through data preparation, cleansing activities, mass updates, and bulk data loads.
- Manage user access, permissions, and role assignments within Power BI.
- Promote adoption of Salesforce (CV360) and Power BI through targeted communication, training sessions, and best‑practice sharing.
- Deliver in‑person and virtual trainings, onboarding sessions, and tool demonstrations for new and existing user groups.
- Develop scalable training materials, e‑learning content, and user guides to support continuous learning.
- Align with Business Analysts, IT teams, and process owners to ensure effective system integrations across the digital ecosystem.
- Proactively explore new tools and capabilities to advance CRM and analytics maturity within the TCV organization.
Profile Description
- You are a certified Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), with the Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) certification considered a strong advantage.
- You bring hands-on experience working with Salesforce or comparable CRM and analytics platforms, confidently navigating complex data environments to deliver actionable insights.
- Beyond technical expertise, you are a true people-person. You naturally build strong relationships across functions and quickly establish trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You enjoy spending time with business users, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the world of Power BI and dashboards in a way that feels accessible and empowering.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, you combine strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, meaningful narratives for non-technical audiences. You are patient, approachable, and comfortable leading workshops, answering questions, and supporting users as they build confidence in using data to drive decisions.
- Whether collaborating within cross-functional teams or working independently, you consistently deliver structured, detail-oriented, and accurate results. With a proactive, solution-driven mindset, you enjoy optimizing processes, improving data quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), you are based in Poland and open to traveling up to approximately 50%.
