Within this context, the Sales Enablement & Business Intelligence team plays a key role in enhancing digital collaboration, strengthening data quality and governance, and optimizing knowledge management. By leveraging different tools, the team drives continuous improvement in how information is structured, shared, and used to support Sales & Marketing stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.
 

Job Summary

As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will actively contribute to impactful digital transformation initiatives that improve collaboration, data governance, and knowledge sharing across EMEA. You will work on real business challenges, from restructuring digital environments to creating engaging learning content. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop future-ready skills in AI, data, and sales enablement. 
 
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the redesign and restructuring of the Commercial Excellence SharePoint environment
  • Map existing content and identify gaps in structure and usability
  • Propose and help implement improved information architecture and governance
  • Assist in data quality improvement and governance initiatives
  • Document data flows and support definition of ownership and standards
  • Contribute to dashboards and reporting documentation
  • Create and update process documentation, playbooks, and training materials
  • Support the development of e-learning modules with subject matter experts
  • Structure content, notes, and documentation to be “AI-ready” for CoPilot
  • Help improve knowledge management practices across teams
  • Support internal communication on tools, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA

 

Profile Description

We are looking for a motivated student who combines a strong interest in digital tools with a proactive and curious mindset.

 

Practical requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, IT, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Available for a minimum of 10 weeks
  • This internship is based in Belgium and is open to students who meet one of the following criteria:
    • You are currently enrolled in a Belgian educational institution; or
    • You are enrolled in an international educational institution and are legally eligible to undertake an internship in Belgium in accordance with local legislation. In this case, you must be able to complete the internship in Belgium and relocate at your own expense. 
  • formal internship agreement with your educational institution is mandatory

 

Skills & competencies

  • Strong interest in digital tools, content management, and data
  • Curiosity about AI and digital workplace solutions
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher)
