Job Summary

As Sales Representative Türkiye you will find the optimal solution to sell and promote our high-quality products through our existing distributor network to achieve the accountable sales targets and to expand our company's market share. Focussing on commercial activities you will also build strong relationships with end-users and KOL's within the medical field. 

Job Responsibilities

Market and Product Expertise

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competition, and positioning.
  • Stay informed about industry evolutions and market drivers.
  • Thoroughly understand and consider customer requirements.

Sales and Profit Goals:

  • Achieve sales and profit targets for your product group/territory.
  • Manage all sales activities within your designated area.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set targets and price levels, and track performance.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in problem analysis and propose corrective actions to meet objectives.
  • Support efforts to secure gross profit and drive sales development.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market mapping to identify trends and inform strategic planning.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies to boost sales and profitability.
  • Explore new sales methods and opportunities.
  • Enhance sales channels and product quality.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Maintain strong relations with external parties, authorities, and organizations.

Event and Training Management:

  • Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, and trade shows.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for both internal and external customers, in collaboration with the Product Manager.

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs:

  • Handle complaints and ensure compliance with QA/RA procedures.

General Duties:

  • Prepare detailed monthly reports to ensure smooth communication.
  • Act as the company's representative to various third parties.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed to pursue new opportunities.

Profile Description

  • Higher academic education
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar function 
  • Practical knowledge of Sales techniques 
  • Preferably having a network with Interventional Radiologists / Interventional Cardiologists / Cardio Vascular surgeons 
  • Thorough understanding of the Turkish market is mandatory 
  • Be a flexible team player, be able to work independently, prioritize own work and maintain confidentiality of information 
  • Have a positive attitude and be pro-active, have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints. 
  • Show drive, determination and enthusiasm in performing tasks  
  • Drivers license 
  • Excellent written and spoken English languages skills
