You'll work in a diverse team, reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Supervisor, Nezar Nassar, along with three other driven colleagues.

 

Our supply chain is unlike any other, just like our products. Expect to work closely with production, quality assurance, marketing & sales, and a wide range of external partners. Your role directly contributes to patient well-being, and you'll play a crucial part in the treatment of patients with our innovative medical solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

As a Supply Chain Planner, you'll wear many hats, including:

 

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including customer orders.
  • Coordinating production with external suppliers.
  • Managing all transport and carriers, complete with document instructions and permits.
  • Ensuring smooth communication about documentation, pre-alerts, carriers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Resolving supply chain hiccups to minimize patient impact.
  • Launching improvement initiatives based on feedback, including complaints and new opportunities.
  • Dedication to process improvement in line with our quality system.
  • Collaborating on diverse improvement projects in areas like production, hot lab operations, finance, and IT.
  • Being the key contact for maintaining relationships with your assigned suppliers.
  • Offering on-call service when required, as our supply chain operates outside regular hours.

 

Profile Description

 

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who takes responsibility and excels in communication. Our unique sector requires someone who is truly motivated by our overarching goal: Contributing to Society through Healthcare.

 

Your qualifications include:

  • A minimum of an HBO degree, with 1-2 years of work experience or a recently obtained master's degree.
  • Excellent English language skills. Dutch is a bonus, not a must.
  • Knowledge of transport involving radioactive and/or dangerous goods is advantageous.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, a proactive mindset, and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure during busy periods.
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call services as needed (compensated accordingly).
  • A collaborative attitude, a positive outlook, and an eagerness to learn.
  • A deep motivation to contribute to patient well-being.
