Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and international HR environment. You’ll collaborate with our People Solutions team to attract and engage top talent, while also supporting key initiatives around employer branding and recruitment excellence.
Job Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates

Help create a positive candidate experience through proactive and professional communication

Contribute to employer branding activities, including social media campaigns and job fairs

Maintain data accuracy in our HR systems and assist with recruitment reporting

Participate in talent acquisition projects and support process improvement initiatives

Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
Profile Description
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm for recruitment and employer branding

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like LinkedIn or Glassdoor is a plus
-
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a bonus)

Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
