Our Junior Consultancy Projects
At Terumo Europe, in partnership with UCLL, we are thrilled to provide extraordinary opportunities for students pursuing the Banaba Advanced Business Management to embark on their junior consultancy projects. Our collaboration has been a tremendous success story, with a passionate and motivated group of students consistently achieving remarkable project outcomes. Last year alone, we warmly welcomed 18 interns/junior consultants across various facets of our business.

Our Selection Process
Once we receive your application, we'll meticulously review your CV and/or cover letter. Expect to hear from us soon after, as we'll schedule an initial online interview. This conversation aims to delve into your interests, background, and project expectations. It's also a chance for us to learn more about you personally, as you could be part of our family for several months. Feel free to ask questions, express concerns, or seek additional information.
With insights from the interview, we'll connect with various teams and managers to pinpoint the project or position that aligns best with your needs. If we find a suitable match, we'll arrange a second and final interview, where you'll meet your potential coach.
