Our multilingual and multicultural Customer Care team is spread over the Terumo Europe offices within the EMEA region. As part of the EMEA Supply chain, it is the team’s purpose to ensure Terumo’s customers remain satisfied and most importantly, receive their orders on time.

Supporting clients while continuously interacting with the sales teams, distributors and supply chain team is at the heart of the job of our team.
