Each year we welcome numerous interns from universities and colleges throughout EMEA to conduct their internships in all possible areas of the business; e.g. engineering, IT, finance, marketing, HR, …. Our interns get the opportunity to join Terumo Europe for a period of 3 months or more. They provide new insights, apply their theoretical knowledge and utilize their excellent communication & collaboration skills. Internships must be executed in collaboration with the educational institution.
Students can assist various departments with technical, scientific, or administrative tasks while working alongside supportive colleagues in an international healthcare environment.

Student jobs in Belgium (Leuven and Genk) are organized via our partner Start People. Students interested in a student job at Terumo can contact Start People directly and indicate their interest in working for Terumo, after which they may be matched with available roles based on their skills and availability.
Student job opportunities outside Belgium are managed directly by Terumo Europe when operational needs arise.

The Young Graduate Rotation Program is designed to promote the personal and professional growth of young professionals within Terumo Europe in various fields related to our Operations, Support Functions and Sales & Marketing.
Throughout this program each Terumo Young Graduate will be provided with a mentor, advisor and rotation supervisor to guide them, provide support and aid in the personal development.
The program consists of three rotations of eight months, including one rotation within the EMEA HQ in Leuven and another in one of Terumo’s affiliate offices in EMEA. All participants will receive customized trainings throughout the program to drive the development of both their soft and hard skills to perform optimally in each assigned role.
