Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Draft, update, and process customer contracts using established templates, while supporting review, approval, and e-signature workflows
- Maintain contract records within the Contract Management System and support contract renewal activities
- Process and track customer sample requests and coordinate sample preparation and shipment activities
- Maintain and replenish sample inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Maintain accurate customer and business data in internal systems and support CRM data quality
- Support reporting, documentation, and other day-to-day administrative activities
- Coordinate and follow up on customer requests with internal departments such as Quality, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs
- Collaborate with colleagues across different regions and functions to ensure smooth business operations
- Monitor priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks
- Provide general operational support to the PSD Internal Sales APAC team, helping ensure business continuity during the temporary replacement period
Profile Description
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling repetitive, manual, and operational tasks
- Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
- Good knowledge of standard office applications and administrative systems
- Proactive team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
- Eager to learn and adapt in an international environment
- Comfortable coordinating with different departments
- Professional communication skills in English; additional language skills are considered a plus
