Department Info
Supply Chain consists of several departments within EMEA which form one team: the Supply Chain Team. We make sure Terumo’s customers stay satisfied and ,most importantly, receive their orders on time.
Our team consists of: Customer Service EMEA, Supply Chain Planning, Network Optimization Lead and the European Distribution Centre (EDC). We also work closely together with Project Management, Quality and of course our Business Units.
Our Mission? To become a globally recognized EMEA supply chain team which continuously innovates and improves quality of service in a transparent, compliant and patient-centric way.

Job Responsibilities
Working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to implement strategic initiatives
Analyzing and optimizing customer service processes
Developing creative and sustainable solutions for complex challenges
Actively shaping change processes and projects
Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
Profile Description
Passion for customer service and corporate goals
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Solution-oriented approach and high level of initiative
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and trustworthiness
Appreciation of diversity and different perspectives
Professional experience in customer service or a comparable position is required
SAP knowledge is desirable
Very good Excel and MS Office skills are essential
Very good German and English skills are a basic requirement
