Job Summary

The Process Manager Sales Enablement is responsible for driving business processes and strategic initiatives across the omnichannel ecosystem, with a focus on functionalities, change management, and sales methodologies. This role ensures a customer-centric engagement model, optimizing the lead-to-cash process while also leveraging AI technologies to improve sales strategies. The position collaborates with various cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive all aspects of initiatives such as new business processes or capabilities along our lead to cash business continuum.
  • Partner and collaborate with and influence stakeholders across Terumo Interventional Systems sales, marketing and support functions.
  • Omnichannel Ecosystem: Lead the development and optimization of an omnichannel system to enhance customer-centric engagement, in collaboration with the Digital Experience team (CBX).
  • Lead-to-Cash Process: Manage and enhance the lead-to-cash workflow, including Inside Sales and customer portal solutions, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
  • Business Process Management: Collaborate with Sales Capability Development Manager to design and to improve sales methodologies, account management processes, and business strategies, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead efforts in managing change within the sales enablement framework, ensuring smooth transitions for business process updates and new system implementations.
  • AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline sales processes, analyse customer behaviors, and enhance decision-making. Use AI insights to drive data-informed business recommendations.
  • Generative & Predictive AI Integration: Implement generative AI to create personalized sales content and predictive AI to anticipate customer needs. Continuously refine AI applications to optimize customer engagement and sales strategies.
  • T360 & Terumo Price Quotation Owner: Serve as the functional owner of our CRM (Salesforce.com) & CPQ solutions, ensuring that these tools align with business goals and are effectively utilized by the organization. Manage the relationship with IT for all operational aspects related to release management of these platforms.
  • Master Data Management (MDM) Co-Lead: Actively contribute to MDM initiatives, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy across platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data and generate comprehensive reports to provide insights on sales performance and process optimization. Use data to drive strategic initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including Commercial Excellence & Pricing, Sales & Marketing, Digital Experience, IT, PMO, etc to ensure seamless strategy execution and tool integration.
     

Profile Description

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, business processes, or related roles, with expertise in Salesforce ecosystem management.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel customer engagement, lead-to-cash workflows, and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong project management, data analysis, and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proactive: Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • International Travel required (25%-time allocation)
