Job Summary

Today, our project portfolio is supported by an internally developed solution using Microsoft 365 Power Apps, while ClickUp is already used for selected activities. During this internship, you will explore whether ClickUp could also support parts of our wider project portfolio management process by building and testing a small-scale pilot, gathering user feedback, and identifying practical opportunities for improvement. With guidance from your coach, you’ll turn a real business challenge into tangible insights that can help shape our future way of working.

Please note that this internship takes place in Leuven, Belgium, in a hybrid setup. To be eligible, you must be based in Belgium and affiliated with an educational institution for the full duration of the internship. Your educational institution must also be able to provide an internship agreement covering the entire internship period.
