Job Summary

 

As Sustainability Intern, you will join a cross-functional project focused on developing Terumo Europe's internal Sustainability Report by consolidating sustainability information from across the organization. Working with colleagues from different departments and countries, you will gain hands-on experience in ESG reporting, sustainability frameworks, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to a meaningful project within a leading international healthcare company.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Map and document available sustainability-related information sources across Terumo Europe.
  • Identify relevant sustainability initiatives, projects, and performance indicators.
  • Collect, organize, and consolidate ESG and sustainability-related data.
  • Support the alignment of information with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) topics and reporting structures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments and countries.
  • Analyze and structure large volumes of information from multiple sources.
  • Contribute to the development of an internal Sustainability Report.
  • Help translate complex sustainability data into clear and concise reporting.
  • Develop recommendations for future sustainability reporting processes and governance.

 

Profile Description

 
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, and corporate responsibility.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and large volumes of information from different sources.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and structured in your approach.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in an international environment.
