The received applications will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team. A thorough evaluation will be made of the presented expertise, skills and previous experience, in accordance with our core requirements and values.

Step 3 – Interview Process (*optional assessment)

A series of interviews will be conducted by a select group of experienced interviewers. In this phase, you will get the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager, as well as other passionate Terumo associates.

* In relation to specific roles, it is required to perform tests. These tests are competency or skill based and are required to further assess the alignment of the candidate with the sought-after profile for the role.

You successfully went through the selection process and we have determined you to be the right candidate for the job. An offer will be presented to you verbally, as well as through a letter of intent, by a Talent Acquisition representative. Upon your agreement, a written contract will follow. Both the contract and additional details will be elaborated on with the signing of the contract as the final step.
