Internal Audit & J-SOX

The Internal audit department performs an independent, and objective assurance and consulting activity designed to boost added value and improve the organization’s operations. It helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Risk Management, Internal controls, BCM, and Sustainable Management.

The Internal audit team provides insights and recommendations to management and BOD based on analyses and assessments of data and business processes.

The J-SOX regulation mandates that all publicly traded companies must establish internal controls and procedures for financial reporting and must document, test, and maintain those controls and procedures to ensure their effectiveness. This to help ensure reasonable assurance towards the stakeholders by improving the reliability of corporate disclosures. The J-SOX department independently assesses the internal controls and procedures of the organization.

Internal Audit & J-SOX

Project Management Office

The PMO covers Projects and Processes, serving as business partner for the organisation. We take pride in providing the right services at the right moment.

The enterprise and corporate PMO have a team of Project, Program and Portfolio Managers, handling any type of projects. We are engaged from formulating and refining strategy to the completion of projects. This includes facilitation, coaching, training, and project management by traditional, agile and/or lean methods. The projects can be internal improvements, IT services, medical device development, transformation,….

We also have the Centre of Excellence for Processes, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Hyper automation, and handling Master Data in our ERP system. The assignments and engagements span a large set of stakeholders within the company, where we support the ever-growing maturity and efficiency of the organisation.

The impact of our work is seen immediately in our processes and our projects works as catalyst for changes striving ahead.
